Welcome to Zetroo, an online eCommerce platform operated by JANATHA RETAIL PRIVATE LIMITED.

By accessing or using our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and the policies published on our website, including our Shipping Policy, Return & Refund Policy, and Privacy Policy.

1. Use of Website

You agree to use this website lawfully and provide accurate, complete information when placing orders.

We reserve the right to refuse service, restrict or terminate accounts, or cancel orders where reasonably necessary and permitted by applicable law, including suspected fraudulent activity, misuse of the website, or violations of these Terms.

2. Products & Pricing

All products are subject to availability.

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, specifications, pricing, and availability information are accurate and up to date.

Prices and product availability may change without prior notice, subject to applicable law.

In the event of a pricing error, system error, or inventory issue, JANATHA RETAIL PRIVATE LIMITED may cancel an affected order where permitted by applicable law.

If payment has already been received, the applicable amount will be refunded to the original payment method in accordance with Section 8.

3. Orders & Payments

Orders are confirmed following successful payment authorization and acceptance.

Payments are processed through Razorpay, a third-party payment service provider.

Zetroo does not store complete credit or debit card details on its own servers.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate billing, contact, and delivery information during checkout.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Zetroo provides free standard shipping on all orders across India, subject to delivery availability at the customer's address.

Customer orders are dispatched directly from the USA to delivery addresses across India.

Orders are processed within 2–4 business days and delivered within 15–18 business days after dispatch.

The total estimated delivery timeframe is 17–22 business days from the order date, including order processing and transit.

These are estimated timelines and may vary due to courier operations, customs clearance, public holidays, remote delivery locations, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

All applicable taxes and any import duties are included in the checkout total. No additional standard shipping fees or import duties are collected upon delivery.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery information at checkout.

5. Returns & Refunds

Returns, replacements, and refunds are governed by our official Return & Refund Policy published on the website.

Zetroo offers a 7-calendar-day replacement request window for eligible products that arrive damaged, defective, incorrect, incomplete, expired, or past their best-before date.

The 7-day period refers to the deadline for reporting an eligible issue, not a guarantee that a replacement will be delivered within 7 days.

Change-of-mind returns are not accepted under our standard policy.

Approved eligible returns are collected at no cost to the customer.

If a suitable replacement is unavailable, an eligible refund may be issued in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

Nothing in these Terms limits any statutory consumer rights or remedies available under applicable law.

6. Intellectual Property

The Zetroo website contains content and materials owned by, licensed to, or used with appropriate permission by JANATHA RETAIL PRIVATE LIMITED, as applicable.

Zetroo-owned website content, branding, designs, text, graphics, and software are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Third-party trademarks, brand names, logos, product photographs, and other proprietary materials remain the property of their respective owners.

The appearance of third-party brands or products on this website does not imply an official partnership, endorsement, or authorization unless expressly stated.

Unauthorized copying, reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of protected materials is prohibited except where permitted by applicable law or authorized by the relevant rights holder.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, JANATHA RETAIL PRIVATE LIMITED shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from website use, temporary website unavailability, or shipping delays beyond our reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, defective or misdescribed products, or any other liability or consumer remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

8. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Window

Customers may request cancellation within 24 hours of order placement or before dispatch, whichever comes first.

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests will generally not be accepted under our standard cancellation policy, subject to applicable consumer rights.

How to Cancel

To request cancellation, email support@zetroo.com with your order number and cancellation reason.

Refund Processing

For approved cancellations where payment has already been received, Zetroo will initiate a refund to the original payment method promptly following cancellation.

Refunds processed through Razorpay generally appear in the customer's account within 5–7 business days after processing. The actual time may vary depending on the bank, card issuer, UPI provider, or payment service provider.

Merchant Cancellations

JANATHA RETAIL PRIVATE LIMITED may cancel orders due to inventory shortages, pricing inaccuracies, suspected fraud, or other legitimate reasons permitted under applicable law.

If Zetroo cancels an order after payment has been received, a full refund will be initiated promptly following cancellation.

Refunds processed through Razorpay generally appear in the customer's account within 5–7 business days after processing, depending on the payment provider and financial institution.

Nothing in this section limits customers' rights under applicable consumer protection laws.

9. Updates to Terms

Zetroo may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in our services, operations, or applicable legal requirements.

Updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised Last Updated date.

Changes will apply prospectively unless otherwise permitted by applicable law and will not remove statutory rights that customers have already acquired.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and any disputes arising from the use of the Zetroo website, its products, services, or transactions shall be governed by the applicable laws of India.

Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in India, as determined by applicable law.

Nothing in this section limits or overrides any mandatory consumer protection rights, remedies, or jurisdictional protections available to customers under applicable law.
